3D Lighting/Rendering

This is a small project that I really wanted to give a shot at. A few Weeks ago I visit this website http://www.bestinteriordesigners.eu/top-15-interior-designers-in-Canada/ and was impressed by the work of the top interior designers in Canada, especially Williams Craig Design. So I picked his work as my reference for my new project so I can show my skills both in Rendering & Lighting.
